I don't even know how this all came to be, but boy am I glad it did. Raj Ladher was our Mortgage Consultant for the purchase of our Property in June, 2014. From the moment we made contact with Raj, we immediately felt at ease and trusted that he would find a suitable loan option that would suit our financial situation. My Partner and I are Professionals and it's difficult for us to take time out in our busy working lives to discuss Mortgage options and research different Banks and other Loan facilities. Raj accommodated our busy schedules and called us in the evenings as well as keeping us up to date with emails on a regular basis. Raj helped us find a perfect option where we can have a large portion of our loan fixed, and a smaller portion on a variable loan with offset account. We are extremely happy with this option. In March of 2012 my partner and I decided to apply for a home loan. We were both working and earning well above the minimum wage. However, the banks and lenders we spoke to just seemed to make the process harder and did not have an interest in either taking the time to explain their products or accommodating our needs. It was a frustrating process and ultimately we decided to put the whole thing on hold. In March of 2013 we decided to try a different approach. I had seen a few online reviews for QuickSelect and I gave them a call. They didn’t promise me a home loan but they did promise me prompt service and clear communication; and that is exactly what they delivered. Indeed, Raj took all the stress out of the home loan application process. He shopped around and found a loan to meet our needs, not just the easiest option for him. Raj not only found us a great loan but continued to call, answer all of my questions, and offer excellent advice from the moment we first spoke right through to the day I moved my family into our new home. My wife and I started looking for the home in April 2014. I recently refinanced with QuickSelect which I'm over the moon about. I was feeling very low before the refinancing with QuickSelect due to approaching a large institution that I've been with for a very long time - since I was 21, and they refused refinancing or increasing my loan on three separate occasions due to the fact that I only worked 4 days a week even though I earn't a very good salary. I came across QuickSelect and my initial point of contact was Declan who was lovely and handed us over to Nermalee who made the whole process so easy. I actually can't fault the service. There was never a call or email that went through to QuickSelect that wasn't answered within seconds. That wasn't just between 9 and 5, that was at any time of the day - if I sent Nermalee an email at 7.30/8 o' clock at night because I was concerned about something, Nermalee would call me back or email me back and that was really comforting because when you're refinancing it's really stressful and at night is when you sit down and you start reassessing your finances and it's really lovely to have positive answers.

Unfortunately years ago I went through a bankruptcy. We lost our home and I never thought we would own a home again. I was flicking through websites and I came across QuickSelect, and talked to a young man by the name of Simon. Simon put me in touch with a young man by the name Brian and it was nothing but good news. Brian organised everything - he was in contact with us at all times, he reassured us.
